Terms of Service for LessonHUB

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LessonHUB platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts in our sole discretion.

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

  • Students: You agree to use the Service only for educational purposes and to complete assignments in good faith. You may not share your account with others.
  • Teachers: You are responsible for the content you create, including lessons and assignments ("Content"). You grant us a license to display and distribute your Content to your assigned students through the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LessonHUB and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LessonHUB, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
